Delete your account and data

You can delete your Dial: AI Edition account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Dial: AI Edition and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and data, then confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@simpledial.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Everything you created in Dial: AI Edition, everything made from it, your settings, and your account.

What we keep

A minimal record of usage and purchases, with no content, for billing and to prevent abuse. Purchase records held by Apple, Google or Stripe follow their policies.
