Child safety standards

Dial: AI Edition is made by Komodo AI LLC. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

What is never allowed

• Any content that sexualizes a minor, including images, video, audio, text or links.
• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting or promoting child sexual abuse material in any form.

How Dial: AI Edition protects children

• Children under 13 cannot have accounts.
• Dial: AI Edition is invite-only. There are no public profiles and no search for strangers.
• Our content guardrails block sexual content involving minors.

Reporting

Anyone can report content from inside the app: tap the ••• menu on it, choose Report, then A child's safety. Reports go only to Dial: AI Edition support; nobody is told who reported. The same menu hides everything from that person.

What we do with reports

• We review child safety reports first, within 24 hours.
• We remove violating content, suspend the accounts involved and preserve evidence as the law requires.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
